AgentXchain v2.138.1

v2.138.1 hardened phantom intent reconciliation with history-based evidence. Added BUG-43 checkpoint-turn command-path proof. Fixed approve-intent phantom fail-closed path.

Bug Fixes​

  • Phantom intent reconciliation hardening: History-based evidence now used for phantom intent reconciliation, preventing false negatives when gate files are present but no turns have been accepted.

  • BUG-43 checkpoint-turn command-path proof: Added command-path proof for checkpoint-turn to verify the full dispatch pipeline end-to-end.

  • Approve-intent phantom fail-closed path: Fixed approve-intent to fail closed when phantom detection is ambiguous, preventing silent intent promotion.
